Edward Manson Jr.
goofy • degenerate • adventerous
"Rockstar, rebound, bitch you know we ballin'"
Ed is what you would call an oddball. He’s goofy, kinda weird– but in a sorta funny way. He is not the brightest tool in the shed, as he often makes poor decisions. He much rather go with the flow than lead a crowd. If a situation is too complicated or requires too much brain power don’t expect too much from him. He depends on all sorts of substances to keep him going throughout the day, which in turn affect his already declining attention span. He may give off the impression that nothing truly goes up in his head but this is not true. Ed is actually quite sensitive. He has low self-esteem, believing himself to be a waste of space. He constantly seeks acceptance and a sense of belonging from others. Unfortunately this has led him to seek affection from others who only want to take advantage of him. Despite his quirky tendencies, he is a relatively friendly guy… for the most part.

Eldest son to an average Australian family from the suburbs. Ed’s early childhood was relatively normal up until a certain point where he became the seed of bad luck... Ed developed normally up until the age of 4 where he was involved in an incident. One afternoon while playing unsupervised, Ed was viciously attacked by a stray dog. The dog left young Ed seriously injured— having to be rushed to the hospital. He suffered a severe brain hemorrhage.
His family feared the worst. Miraculously, Ed survived the ordeal. However, something was different. He developed speech issues and had to relearn previous acquired skills. The incident had left him somewhat cognitively impaired. This would bring issues to Ed’s social life. Due to his odd behavior in school he would be picked on for not getting things as quickly as the rest of the kids. In an attempt to fit in with his peers, he would play into the act and become the “class clown.” His teachers on the other hand had little patience for Ed who’s attention span already suffered. The boy's behavior worried his parents. Ed’s parents did what they could for their son.
On one unfortunate day, his parents would meet a tragic end in a car wreck on their way to pick up Ed from school. Ed waited for his parents for hours until the school was told the sad news. Since they did not have any immediate family, Ed was sent into the foster system. Due to Ed’s erratic behavior and mannerisms, he would constantly bounce from home to home. Being unwanted would affect Ed emotionally which would in turn result in worse behavior. Ed would continue out his life having difficulty academically and socially. Ed would purposely skip school, engage in petty theft and all sorts of rebellious behavior in order to cope. After a heated incident at one of the foster homes, Ed would run away. He would roam the streets and attempt to fend for himself. Since then, Ed’s been living his life recklessly getting into all sorts of shenanigans..
