Profile
Origins
Waefreleah was born under an aspen in the fall. Its beautiful shades of yellow were the first thing she saw, and became her namesake, "Of the Shaking Aspen". Her parents, loving of nature and filled with creativity, started raising her to love the forest. However, this was made difficult after Waefreleah became sick and lost her eyesight. Barely surviving, her parents were proud that she had made it, but she was in despair over losing her sight. Struggling to adapt, she began to grow bitter and sarcastic. Her creativity had come to a halt, and her parents watched as she transformed into a darker version of herself. Losing her bubbly attitude, she replaced it with an angry and sharp way of thinking.
When her parents passed away, Waefreleah became unapproachable. Her love for her parents and guilt over her attitude lead to an enraged and desperate mindset. Fleeing towards the outskirts of the forest, she retreated into solitude. Working to change her attitude, she became devoted to creative outlets to lessen her guilt and anger. Making songs and exploring sounds, she became more peaceful, but also independent. However, she was still filled with a sense of loss, grieving over the death of her parents.
After many years, a doe named Noirin found and approached her. At first, Waefreleah was aggressive, unsure of the stranger and scared of a challenge, but after a few months of the doe visiting she began to open up. Having made a new friend, she and Noirin set off to try and find others who needed help. Waefreleah had finally found her chance to redeem herself, and to help others in her position. She was determined to get things right this time.
