Royal was always a rich keb, living the high society life of the UVU. He works in Neo's Bar and Club as the eye candy performer along side his co-worker and fellow eye candy Galaxy Shores.

Royal is a bit of a slob and tends to talk down to others, but is just as flirty as he is arrogant. Constatnly flirting with those around him whether they like it or not. Not always the best at understanding social queues.
