Watcher

Watchers are built to be killing machines, and extremely dangerous. They were also designed to look it too. They roam the streets, and if they catch you doing anything it could consider to be unlawful or not like a good citizen, it’ll attack you and swiftly dispose of you. Few people encounter an aggravated Watcher and survive. They are mechanical, and the teal parts of them glow and can change colors, usually to red when they are attacking.

There are many different versions, but the majority have either blade feet or talons. There are even some that walk upright on two feet like a person.

The sharp tongue-like feature can go as far as 15 feet to impale people.
