The co-founder of the highly accredited detective agency Abyss Investigations, Pandora is a highly reputable private eye who’s garnered renown for solving cases with her telepathic abilities. Due to the increased demand and rarity of psychics, no less telepaths, her work is highly sought out by the police and the many bounty hunters in Seattle. Despite her reputation and connections, her extreme devotion to secrecy has left even some of her closest connections with no knowledge of who she is or what she looks like. She is considered somewhat of an urban legend by the denizens of the city.

PERSONALITY
No one can really guess what's up with Pandora. Most of the time she's deadly quiet, just observing everything around her and watching every person that passes by without saying a word. She only ever speaks when spoken to, and even when she does everything that comes out of her mouth is cryptic or vague. Some have likened her demeanor to that of an outdoor cat who only comes back home when it's hungry, and considering her laziness and general lack of enthusiasm for hard labor that doesn't interest her, it wouldn't be too inaccurate of a description. When something does capture her interest though, she pours every fiber of her being into it, completely ignoring everything else until her curiosity is satisfied.
ABILITY
Though most people refer to it as telepathy, Pandora's ability can be more accurately described as having an all-access key card into a person's brain. She has the power to access and manipulate the memories and senses of others. Her range of effect is about a diameter of 50ft, though her influence is limited over those near the edges. The most she can do at this range is tune into a person's thoughts, or more accurately their current memories. At a closer range, she’s able to create or remove a person's memories and exert control over what they can see, hear, taste, feel, or touch. This manipulation of the senses allows her to change how she appears to others.
RELATIONSHIPS
Pandora’s partner in crime, Zephyr handles the legal side of Abyss Investigations’s affairs, allowing Pandora more time and mental space to handle investigations. He sometimes complains about being the “bookkeeper” of the agency, but every now and then, he joins in on the effort to lighten Pandora’s workload. It honestly astounds her how much time he can make for himself.
Pandora's biggest rival in the intelligence industry. When Melanie was still operating as a journalist, they had a long history of competing to see who can collect the information they need for their respective cases and stories before the other one can.
