BEFORE COMMISSIONING, HERES SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION⚠️

Commission TOS

You are allowed a FULL refund IF:

•I have not started any sketches or W.I.Ps (work in progress) 

•If I have to cancel taking your commission on for whatever reason OR if you cancel within 3 days. Note I do try to be quick with commissions so this MAY not be heavily enforced if I obviously didn’t give you time to do so. 

You are NOT allowed a refund IF:

•I’ve started a sketch

DO:

•Tell me if there’s anything I miss if you don’t see it in a sketch and or the final product and I don’t clarify that I haven’t added it or so yet, this helps me since I’m human and we all make mistakes :)

•Tell me about any edits BEFORE I start line art or color (preferably during the sketch process). Makes it easier to change and less messy!

•Have the money upfront: do NOT commission me if you don’t or will not have the money when I am finished. 

•Be respectful to my time; I am a person too✨

DON’T:

•Keep asking for updates in the same timeframe. I will be the one to update you if anything- I will let you know how things are moving along and if it’s going to take longer than expected. IF I fail to reply within a day or so, feel free to say something and ask- I don’t get bothered by you wanting to know the status of your commission- that’s totally fair and your right, however when it’s constant and barely 20 minutes after you commission me, I no like that😔

•Keep switching or adding things. This falls under letting me know beforehand about edits and changes; I will NOT make changes once the colors are done, lines depends on how big of a change it is but I’d most likely be able to work with it so no worries. Just please save me the hassle and let me know before :)

•Commission me without the funds on hand. I GIVE QUOTES! Don’t be afraid to ask! There’s no obligation to buy whatsoever.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT; I CAN AND WILL GET BUSY; PLEASE DON’T COMMISSION ME IF YOU DON’T LIKE POSSIBLE WORK TIME DELAYS. I WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU UPDATES ON MY STATUS.

DO NOTE THAT I WILL/ MIGHT USE YOUR COMMISSIONS AS MY ART EXAMPLES.

-Suggestive themes or facial expressions

-Any kink/ fetish art

-Political/ hate or discriminatory art. Nothing problematic lol

-Humans

-Heavy machinery 

-Birds

-Reptiles

REFERENCE SHEETS:

•Must be CLEAR and the colors must be VISIBLE and easy to color drop/ pick. 

•Traditional references are fine AS LONG as it clearly shows the character and follows the steps above^

FULL PAYMENT IS NOT UPFRONT
Depending on amount, you’ll pay either a small half of the total upfront, or none at all until a sketch is given to you. 

Design TOS

Short but simple

-Do not resell my designs for cash if they were not purchased with cash. Unless you add value by commissions or adding your own art, you may sell them for any currency then.

-Refer to the first one; you can sell them for whatever currency you want, in-game currencies, art, cash, idc lol

-Once you buy or own any of my designs/ adopts, they are YOURS. Do as you please with them. No need to ask me what you can and can’t do regarding your character :) just please follow the first rule or I’ll no longer sell designs to you.

-That being said ^ you can alter designs, redesign them, alter lineart, color, etc. They’re yours! Mold them to your liking.

-I can alter reference sheets/ adopt pages to add in names- just ask me!

-I will not alter references to hsve NSFW aspects, that you will have to do yourself or commission someone else to do it
