While she may seem like an naïve airhead at times, Rosie is actually a very emotional and intelligent person, especially around her loved ones, and hates it when people mistake her kindness for weakness. Rosie was born in New York City, and she and her parents moved to South Australia, where her two sisters were born. Through living with her sisters, Rosie developed a knack for getting people to like her, using her unwavering kindness to improve people's day, which she loves doing. When she moved to Adelaide, she got a job as a fashion model for a small-time Instagram fashion designer, and soon after met her girlfriend Mindy and friend Melissa.
