Growing up in Paradise Valley, Ditzy Dog is an easy-going slacker. She often can be found sleeping in the shade or drawing in her heart-shaped notebook. She now lives Care-a-Lot.

In her new home, she gets captured by Shreeky and Beastly, however, a friendship soon forms between the two. They catch Ditzy bulling Twinkers (who's this ugly star lol) and realize that maybe not all the care bears are blind lovers. Now they are a crew and spend their days harassing and being goofballs.
