1. BY BUYING MY ADOPTS YOU AGREE TO ALL OF MY RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICES. PLEASE READ THEM THOROUGHLY.

2. WHEN YOU OFFER ON MY ADOPT, WIN AND THEN GHOST ME, I'LL PUT THE ADOPT UP FOR SALE AGAIN AFTER THE GHOSTING HAS GONE OVER 48 HOURS AND YOU'LL BE BLACKLISTED. UNLESS YOU HAVE A GOOD REASON AND APPEAL TO YOUR BLACKLIST IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS POST, YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED TO JOIN ANY FUTURE BIDS, RAFFLES, GIVEAWAYS OR OWN ANY OF MY ADOPTS.!!!

3. DON'T BID WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE, IF YOU HAVE AC/USD COMING IN THAT YOU KNOW YOU'LL GET, FOR EXAMPLE YOU'VE BEEN COMMISSIONED, TELL ME!!! I CAN DO HOLDS DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH THE TOTAL IS AND AND HOW LONG IT'LL BE UNTIL YOU GET PAID!!

4. IF YOU BUY CHARACTERS FROM ME OR GET FREEBIES FROM ME AND HOARD THEM AND/OR LEAVE THEM IN UNSORTED WITHOUT ANY ADDED ART OR CONTENT YOU WILL BE PUT ON COOLDOWN. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANY NEW CHARACTERS OR CLAIM ANY FREEBIES FROM ME. IF YOU LOSE CONNECTION TO A FREEBIE AND DON'T WANT THEM ANYMORE YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN AND BASED ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH YOU CLAIMED THE FREEBIE YOU WIL BE ELLIGIBLE FOR A FREEBIE PRECLAIM TOKEN. IF YOU'VE ADDED CONTENT TO THE FREEBIE LIKE ART OR COMMISSIONS YOU MAY RESELL THEM FOR THE WORTH OF THE ADDED ART. EVERY FREEBIE'S BASE WORTH IS $0.

TERMS OF SERVICES

if you no longer like a character from me, please contact me if you wish to rehome.. ^_^ i'll help with advertising them or even buy them back!!

1. credit:

1.1 if you purchase a design/commission from me, you are the new owner. this means that you own the design/art piece, that does not mean that you created the design/art piece. you don't have to credit me in every post, but if someone asks you about the designer/artist, you credit me!

2. design do's and don'ts

2.1 redisigning is allowed.

you are NOT ALLOWED TO; 

a) whitewash them, this counts with all ethnic features.

b) change their gender if they're trans. do NOT DETRANSITION THEM. there's already enough harmful stereotypes surrounding detransitioning, just don't. 

c) take away disabilities or "cure" them from my characters. absolutely not.

4. character permissions

3. you will not use the characters for any racist, sexist, lgbtqia-phobic or discriminatory stuff. that's an instant blacklist from ever getting any designs again.

4. allowed to make nsfw of my characters (excluding ferals)

5. you are allowed to resell the designs you get from me, but only after a 2 month period has passed!!

6. if you want to raise the price then you have to have added art pieces to said character!! whether it's personal art or commissioned art!!

5. payment and refunds

!! you're allowed to cancel BEFORE i've started !!!

!! payment is upfront and you ONLY PAY AFTER i ask you to pay!!!

!! i don't do full refunds!!! if you wish to get refunded you'll be refunded for what i haven't done yet!!! (ex: i did up till lineart, so you'll get refunded for the rest)

!! MAX 3 REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED !! you can pay extra to get major things changed, though !!
