Thomas Steel

Appearance:    
Clothing Style: Jeans, collared shirt and a black leather vest is his usual attire. he pairs it with a belt with a big buckle, black cowboy boots and a hand to match. He is a rather rough man, though his clothes are always in good condition, having made a good deal of riches gambling and other dirty work.
Expression: He is either always wearing a smirk or a scowl, there is no in between. He achieves a look of constantly looking unimpressed and just done with everything.
Personality:     
Lifestyle: No one really knows where Thomas comes from. Some say he just appeared in town one day and never left after shooting the Sheriff at the time. he started out being just a gambler and a highway robber, gaining him a great amount of wealth. He continues to acquire wealth through questionable means and lives a comfortable life.
Skills: Steel is unrivaled in gunfights and shooting. He can outdraw and shoot more accurately than anyone else in town, leaving him alive and unrivaled in an older age. His reflexes never declined, but only got sharper, the more he drew and shot. He is capable of arranging and pulling off the grandest of  heists, from train robberies to overthrowing the whole town, to blowing up the mine shafts of a businessman that annoyed him a little too much.

Thomas Steel started off as a lowly highway robber with a gang. Where he was before that, he isn't willing to share with anyone. He quickly hacked his way to the top by challenging people to shootouts, quickly shooting all his competition down. He became the leader of the gang and moved from highway robbery to train robberies. He got a hefty fine on his head at this point in his life, but no one dared to touch him. He found a little gem of a town and decided to settle there for whatever reason. The Governor tried incredibly hard to get rid of him, but Steel seemed to resist and stay just to spite the man. He spent his days gambling and occasionally still doing robberies. life seemed peaceful, but he was secretly planning something big.
One day Thomas cornered the Governor and challenged him to a gunfight, whoever wins will reign as Governor from that point on. The Governor hesitantly agreed. He only agreed to not look like a coward. of course, he met his end. Only at this point, did a few clever people realize that the Governor and the outlaw shared the same surname till one lay bleeding and dead. Taking up his now dead father's mantle, he made the town prosper, even if it wasn't exactly legal. With his cruel and morbid sense of justice, he sent the greedy businessmen who wanted to destroy the town and steal everyone's hard earned gold off with their tails running. He's no saint, but he is the worst and best thing that happened to the town at the same time.

• He is nicknamed Steel for several reasons: his eye colour, his pistols, his surname, and his steely mannerisms are to name a few.
• He has an ability to slow down time ever so slightly around him, making everything around him slow for a moment so he can outdraw his gun faster than anyone else.
