In his human form, Delta has pretty dark skin, and hair that matches his dragon form’s colors, although it doesn’t glow. His eyes are the same neon cyan, and do glow, but only if it’s dark enough. He wears the Garden uniform most days. He also has a tendency to let his tail and earfins linger, and occasionally his second pair of limbs as well. Even more rarely, he’ll let his backfins manifest as well, but it tends to ruin his shirts, hence the rarity of it. 

In his dragon form, Delta has six legs and is semi-aquatic. He’s purple with darker purple markings, and bioluminescent neon orange and blue patterns on his fins and tail. His eyes also glow faintly in the dark, both in human and dragon forms.

Delta is an enthusiastic, wild lad who loves parties. And his friends! He enjoys spending time with Lulu the most, although Vokkner can be fun as well. Could be seen as a rowdy frat boy? But a wholesome rowdy frat boy.
