GENERAL
• Co-ownership is allowed.
• Trading/Reselling/Gifting is allowed.
• Edits & changes to the initial design is allowed; however you may not sell an altered version separate from the original.
• Unless extra art has been obtained please avoid inflating the cost of the design when reselling.
• Using the original art & design and to create bases, duplicate designs/adopts, etc. is prohibited.
• Do not alter/repost/claim/resell any designs that have not been purchased by/belong to you to begin with.

CREDITS
• Please give the appropriate credits where it is due.
• Do not claim to be the designer/creator of designs purchased.
• Do not give credit to any artist that isn’t myself unless it was a collaborative design.
• Do not claim credit for the initial artwork & design; however you may claim credit for any edits/changes, if any.

RIGHTS & USAGE
• All designs are sold with personal usage rights.
• Commercial usage rights are not included in the initial purchase of the design; however, can be purchased separately.
• If you purchase a design with commercial rights & wish to sell later, please let me know so I can note the transfer of commercial rights.
• My designs & the art I make for them are PROHIBITED from being used for anything in relation to AI/ML training, NFT’s, & anything in the Crypto-Sphere. You have zero consent from me & permission for these such things will NEVER be & have NEVER been granted; any claim for such a thing is untrue. If you are found to be doing such a thing you will be blocked, removed from the server, blacklisted, & DMCA’d if the option is present.
