Armand Goldsmythe

He doesn't seem to have any kind of a day job but has a businesslike air about him and usually an entourage of some kind. A suave and charismatic fellow, he is the undisputed king of the Crystalmoon City underground. 

He wears a smart business top most of the time, so very few know that over his heart is a little monster mouth- but those who do know whisper that it's the secret of his power and ruthless, questionably-legal dealings. You didn't hear this from me, but there are whispers here and there that he's actually a demon, and with that mouth he devours the souls of those who don't fulfill their end of whatever dark bargain they've struck with him.
