Indigo is leader of the Universe Agency, an organisation dedicated to protecting the multiverse. His ascention could be considered meteoric, mostly because the last leader just died and went "this guy's in charge". This was a surprise to everyone, including Indigo, who had been a low-ranking agent until this point.
Despite this, Indigo's doing his best to handle the position, which also came with the power to see the future. Unfortunately, he has little to no control over it. Under his supervision the UA has implemented a new database system, regular movie nights, and better dental benefits.
Indigo is almost always good tempered and of the belief that friendship and cookies (which he bakes in copious amounts) can solve any problem. Sure, the villians keep trying to stab him, conquer the multiverse, or blow up UA headquarters, but have they tried baked goods or talking it out instead?
