Ted works in the Median Capital as a prosecutor, in order to win a case against one of his or his partner's The All Star's enemies, he usually finds someone to plant falsified evidence along with some string pulling behind the scenes. 

He and All love hanging out to together and love slowly climbing the ranks together in the most evil ways possible, they think they're better then everyone
