This mysterious character is actually someone in a suit that never gets removed in order to mentain the curiousity of others that will never be fullfilled, they do talk but no one recognizes their voice from who it could be. All they want to do is entertain people by doing tricks, especially mind games with cards, they approach anyone they think would be interested, sometimes that doesn't work out very well though as they are kind of awkward and unintenitonally gives off a threatening vibe to some who choose to stay away.
