Please read through the terms carefully, I will assume that you’ve read the whole thing when you own a design by me!
AS OF JULY 2023 I WILL BE UPDATING PAID-FOR CHARACTER PERMISSIONS AND LIST HOW MUCH EACH CHARACTER WAS ORIGINALLY BOUGHT FOR!
You may
- Resell the design (any currency) for their resale value (I don’t really care if you want to “bump” it up a little, just don’t scam anyone by selling them for way more than they’re worth! The person who’s buying must also be aware of how much the “bump” is before agreeing)
- Regift or trade
- Redesign (minor or major, up to you)
- Change their species (if it’s part of an original species, make sure it still follows their rules and such)
- Make them private/auth only, but please let me know beforehand!
- Split companions from characters, but please ask first!
- Edit or draw over the original image, but please keep a copy of the original one for the record!

- Add “cooldown periods” (original species are an exception)
- Issue resale rules such as “you can only trade this character to me” unless both people agree to it before the trade
- Remove/replace my credit, you can add yourself as a designer if you redesigned them but keep me as the main designer
- Delete the character, if you do not want them just send them back to me or trade them off it makes it SO HARD to keep track!!!
- Sell/gift/trade my designs to anyone on my blacklist
- “Revoke” characters for no apparent reason
- Upload multiple profiles of the same character (co-owning is ok, just keep it on one profile)
- Split original designs from the alt, no matter how different it may look please don’t split it!! (If someone splits them and puts them up for sale, they would basically be selling the same character twice and scamming everyone)
- Use the design for controversial content, hate content purposes, or NSFW (instant report + block + character revoke)
- Do not use my designs for “breeding” sheets or “breedables”! (ex. a chart with many characters whose designs are mixed and sold as adopts)

- Making similar variants for story purposes or the character’s relatives (without the intention of profit)
- Using the design for commercial purposes (t-shirts, stickers, etc.)
OTHER
- I will not revoke characters unless it is absolutely necessary, however, keep in mind that I still reserve these rights if the situation gets out of hand. (Ex. a blacklisted user obtains my designs and refuses to cooperate)
- If you’re unsure about the design’s original or resale value, don’t hesitate to reach out!
- I’m no longer responsible if you get scammed for the character once the character belongs to someone else, so please be cautious
- Stealing/copying/heavily referencing my designs will result in a permanent blacklist if the user refuses to cooperate
- I have the right to block anyone that makes me uncomfortable, with or without reason. Blocked users will be discouraged from obtaining my designs/art, however, they are still allowed to. On the other hand, blacklisted users MAY NOT under any circumstances obtain my designs
