Ember

A yoshi/ arcanine hybrid who servers as Ashe's ride and loyal companion. In contrast to Ashe's cautious nature, Ember is a lot more approachable and acts like a typical friendly doggo. Unlike other yoshis, she prefers to walk on all fours and has the ability to breathe fire and run on lava. She can't talk and only makes "Bof!" noises when communicating.
