BACKSTORY
Early Life
Hani grew up in an unstable area of Ekron City where criminal activity was daily. Her mother worked a lot, leaving her to take care of herself. Hani became resourceful and could turn ordinary objects into weapons to protect herself and her mother in their small apartment.
Hani's mother recognized her talent for creating weapons and decided that traditional academic schooling wouldn't be helpful. So, she enrolled her in a military academy, hoping Hani would excel and receive better care. At the academy, Hani did well, but her instructors noticed that she wasn't very patriotic or interested in combat. Instead, she focused on the aftermath of conflicts.
Hani eventually graduated and became a forensics specialist for Ekron City Law Enforcement. Unfortunately, she learned after her release that her mother had passed away from an illness. This tragic event caused Hani to become even more attached to her weaponry, finding solace in knowing that it could prevent a painful death if appropriately used.
Hani is well-known for her profound interest in weapons, coming across as an Otaku. She is perceived as disconnected from the rest of society and sometimes labeled "Ranbo" due to her fixation with weaponry (and because they can't call her a "bimbo" to her face.
Death
Hani was hot on the trail of a Serial Killer terrorizing elite women in Ekron City; she was only seconds too late when they claimed their latest Victim, Riho Minamigawa. The Killer, having heard Hani enter the premises, fled, leading her to give chase to the subject but ultimately fell into his trap and was subsequently killed as well, from being stabbed in the back and through her heart. When resurrected, she was stunned to see the previous Victim standing there, and Rose greeting the two. The Killer was even more shocked at the sight of three demons standing before him.
The two women could not agree on what to do with the Killer, Riho opting for revenge and Hani opting for a more judicial approach. Ultimately, Beezelbub sided with Riho because it was more entertaining to watch. Hani was easily convinced to concede as this was still "some form" of justice and assisted Rose in cleaning up the crime scene instead. Through this, it is revealed that Hani does not have much of a moral compass and is quite agreeable when Beelzebub explains the prospects of discovering weaponry from hell like she's never seen before.
