C'mon everyone, time to get to work!
Spiral is the Explorer Guild's scheduler and mission manager, but he likes to consider himself the Division Master's right hand. It isn't too out of the realm of truth, however, as him and the Division Master were in the same guild division under the Guild Master Apollo.
A tough but kind Pokemon, Spiral is never one to run away from a fight. He prides himself as being the first line of defense from anything thaat would be after the Division, and is more than willing to go on any adventure if it means that their division can meet the expectations laid out by the Main Guildhouse.
