Jasper is a member of the Jelly Jeep Force as well as Clamelope's personal (and literal) body gaurd, hired to protect her from theifs. He's very muture, quite and seemingly asways bord, but enjoys dancing with Clanelope by the sea shore. Jasper takes on the apperance of a pink jellyfish with 3 magenta patterns on his body and tenticals. When Clamelope sits atop his head and his eyes are closed, he can be mistaken for her body (with his eye lids resmbling her breasts).
