"I'm here to support you, best I can!"
Celica is a former intern for Umbrella's medcine department and is currently a combat nurse for the DSO. As an intern for Umbrella, she was mostly focused in the medcine distribution of the company, not being into what the virologists do. She became a combat nurse for the DSO after the events of the Raccoon City incident. She wanted to find another way to support others, as she felt that this career would be fit for her after what she witnessed in Raccoon City. She ends up meeting up with Leon once again, having to support him on several missions, the first being saving the president's daughter. Celica herself is self conscious, often putting herself down thanks to thinking her skills aren't great or her apperance. She's also learned how to use firearms, she favors shotguns in particular.

Resident Evil 2 Remake
She’s an intern for Umbrella, more in the medicine department. She’s in the city at the time of the outbreak, ending up at the police station at the same time as Claire. She meets Leon for the first time when in the parking garage (She rushes ahead of Claire during the first Willy Birkin fight), she also meets Ada too. Ada meets her first and kinda uses her to fish info about Umbrella from her. Her and Ada do have a bonding moment when they both patch up Leon. Celly does tell Ada that she was planning to be a nurse if the internship didn’t go well (Which it wasn’t because of the freakin’ zombie apocalypse), since she did go to medical school. Celica insisted on staying with Leon while Ada went after Annette, but Ada tells her he’ll be fine and that she should investigate the area. She reunites with Claire in the underground area, also meeting Sherry for the first time. (This is right after the whole Sherry suffering from the virus thing). She stays with Claire for the rest of the game, even watching over Sherry when the virus is really affecting her. She ends up escaping on the train with Leon, Claire, and Sherry.
Resident Evil 4
She is sitting in the car with Leon, making awkward conversations with the escorts, since she doesn't know what to do. She does get separated from Leon once they meet Luis. They end up also getting separated as the cult gets her and locks her up in the boat shed. When Leon rushes in there infected, she takes care of him while he’s passed out. Once Leon wakes up, he catches Celly on what’s going on. They go and save Ashley at the church, Celica checking to make sure the cult hasn’t hurt her. When they meet up with Luis, he flirts a bit with Celica, which she kinda rejects by putting herself down before focusing on the threat at hand.
Resident Evil 4 Remake
Some events are similar to the original, like her being in the car with Leon. When they end up getting separated once they find Luis, Celica isn't in the boat shed, but Luis stumbles upon her in another room in the factory. He ends up freeing her and taking her with him to the house where he's hiding out. Celica sees Luis calling someone and jokes about him calling his girlfriend. She then finds out it's Ada, which surprises her since she hasn't seen her since Leon was injured in RE2R. Once Leon and Ashley enter the house, Celica is glad to see him and hides with Ashley while Leon and Luis take care of the ganados. They both get formally introduced to each other, and get to know each other more once they leave with Leon. Leon just stays quiet and lets them chat. She watches over Ashley during the Mendez fight. Once they get to the castle and the whole infected Ashley thing happens, Celica is with Ashley during it. She's trying to comfort her since Ashley's scared. The two stay in the place near the maze, Celica keeping watch for danger. Once they reunite, Leon tells Celica about Ada (Which Celica forgets to tell him about Luis calling her). They continue through the castle and once they get separated from Ashley and are in the cage killing ganados, they have a moment. They have a small chat about Celica doubting herself and Leon reassures her that she’s amazing at what she does and shouldn’t put herself down. They do end up in the underground area of the castle together and reunite with Luis. During the Kraseur knife fight, Celica tries to help Luis out, but he refuses to accept her help. When he calls Ada, she can hear Celica in the background trying to help him. After the Kraseur fight, Celica is a bit in an emotional distress after not being able to save Luis. This was the first time she couldn't help someone out, Leon having to reassure her and comfort her before they go to save Ashley. On the boat with Ada, Celica is a nervous wreak (two people she likes in one place) and is also a little shaken from the Salazar fight (She did not like him).
Resident Evil 6
Celica has recently started to date Leon (even though Leon still has some feelings for Ada). She accompanies Sherry to go find Jack at first, since she isn't restricted in just helping Leon. Sherry sometimes pushes her away when she gets injuried because of her auto healing. When they meet up with Chris, Celica sorta ends up getting seperated from Sherry and Jake, having to go back with the BSAA. She isn't there when Leon kills the president, but back with Hunnigan supporting behind the scenes. Celica does send texts to Leon to make sure he's ok and stuff. Celica likes to send chat stickers, Leon smiling a bit whenever she sends them. She only gets really involved once Leon and Helena fake their deaths and go to China. She goes after Hunnigan tells her to help assist the two of them. Celica meets Helena for the first time, Helena noting that she is Leon's girlfriend and how Leon looks to still have feelings for Ada. Leon does catch Celica up to speed with the whole Ada thing, which honestly surprise her. She treats both Leon and Helena's wounds when they need it and also helps them fight any infected creatures. Once the plane crashes, Celica is relieved to see that Sherry is ok, since they got separated from each other. She of course asks a ton of questions while they are fighting the B.O.W., which Sherry can't really answer in their current situation. When Leon chases after Carla and they meet with Chris and Piers, those two remember Celica from when she was helping Sherry. Chris didn't even know Celica and Leon were dating. Near the end of the game, Celica is mostly with Helena when Leon and Ada are fighting Simmons.
Resident Evil Vendetta
Celly and Leon are engaged! She’s at the bar with him, there to comfort him. She meets Rebecca for the first time and they get along well (They were both medics at some point). Celica is kinda iffy about Leon going to help Chris and Rebecca thanks to his current mental state.
Death Island
She’s off screen for this movie, but Leon shows pictures of her and their daughter to whoever he can (especially Jill). Celica isn’t a part of the DSO anymore and is now a stay at home mom. They had their daughter, Ciel, a few months after they got married. (She’s either a few months old or a year old!).
Celly's lover! They meet during the events of RE2 and it starts out as a small crush, it evolves to them being fiancés by Vendetta. Celica is basically the caring girlfriend who makes sure her boyfriend is ok mentally and physically. They cuddle in bed a lot once they start dating.
Ada is basically Celica's bisexual awakening. Ada started out with just using Celica since she was working for Umbrella at the time of RE2, she then would notice her caring nature and start subtly flirting with her when she gets the chance, especially in RE6 when they work together. Their relationship doesn't end up going anywhere, they just stay close friends.
Good friends! Celica is mostly involved in Claire's story in RE2R. They end up forming a friendship during that and Claire trusts her with caring for Sherry while she looks for the cure.
In RE2R they meet for the first time once Celica reunites with Claire in the underground area. They don't really interact a lot back then. In RE6 though, Celica support Sherry when she is trying to find Jake. Celica deeply cares about Sherry after what they went through in Raccoon City and tries her best to support her. Sherry sometimes pushes it off, but enjoys her words.
Good friends who both support Leon the best they can! They are mostly together in RE6, supporting Leon and Helena. She sometimes gives Celica advice, nothing really specific, but she helps Celly with her problems.
Ashley looks up to Celica and sees her as a "cool girl". Celica usually denies that she's as cool as Ashley says. Older sister younger sister vibes for these two. Celica tries her best in comforting Ashley. These two chat a lot once they meet in RE4R.
He calls her “Leon’s little girlfriend”. Flirty towards her in the original RE4, in the remake he still is, but does it a little less. When they reunite in the underground area in the castle in the remake, he calls her princess. She doesn’t mind the flirting, she just passes it off, but she sometimes gets annoyed by it.
They first meet once Leon and her fake their deaths and Hunnigan sends Celica to help them find Simmons in China. Leon does tell Helena about Celica, saying that she's his girlfriend, even showing her a few text messages of them. Helena honestly is confused who Leon is really in love with, Ada or Celica. She does support whoever Leon chooses, seeing how he feels about both girls.
Her daughter! She had her inbetween Vendetta and Death Island. Celica loves Ciel a lot and became a stay at home mom to care for her. Once Ciel is a little older, she's very doting to her and patches her injuries up when she's playing outside. As for the AU version of Ciel, she's basically the same towards her, but feels bad for her for not growing up with her dad, since he's busy with work.
