How exactly do these work?

Hi! I’m not the best at explaining but basically I have This grid with lots of designs on it, you comment the number of one, and the letter of the other, and I make a design off of it! some of the designs don’t say closed but they are, just haven’t replied to people and updated it yet..!

Oh sure! Are we allowed to cross the design with our own Oc if the design is approved by you to be done?
