Betta's younger half sister, and full seawing. Their mother is trying to make Dugong the next in line for the throne, despite her being the younger sister, and trying to treat her older sister like an illegitimate heir, despite his popularity. Sometimes she falls into her mother's bad habits and attitude towards Betta, but she also agrees with Betta's policies.
