Before an unfortunate soul is taken by a Rex Angelis Associate , the last years they hear is a prayer.

RAA Angels have one pair of large wings in dark colors. The back of their wings are always black however the inner feathers can be any dark color. Technically they're fallen angels however due to their excessive loyalty (a.k.a the rule breaking was an accident), they forced through rituals that give them special powers and auras. Usually an angel's aura can be blindingly light however Assasin angels lack the inherent inability to commit crimes. God really really hates losing able-bodied angels to Moras because angels are draining for him to create and raise. RAA angels are usually contracted mercenaries and by extension, rich however they may perform jobs when summoned or trapped by a seal. They have a strict chivalrous code. Unlike normal angels, they are very self-righteous and will smite/kill creatures to maintain "balance" and ensure "justice" is served.
The leader of the RAA is the only one with normal wings as they is an ARCHANGEL not a RAA.
