Fuyuko is a quiet and smart girl, who doesnt like to be stuck in one place she can be seen roaming around, sometimes with a council member. unlike most "Citizens", Fuyuko is very aware of the council and how strange the world is, But she keeps quiet. Fuyuko is much like Yui, she puts on a emotionless mask, and doesnt want people to get to her.

unlike most, Fuyuko remembers much of her past, though some is blurry. Fuyuko used to live in a nice village full of kind and hard working people. she remembers she had siblings, and though Higa has said had only had 2, Fuyuko remembers 3. She remembers meeting Higa before waking up in this world. Higa was nice, kinda hearted, and wanted to help Fuyuko. Fuyuko remembers she was in dire need of help, but she doesnt remember why. But she doesnt question it.
- Fuyuko's name means Winter Child. she also has two nicknames given by the council and unknown. Fuyu meaning winter and Yuko meaning Gracious Child.
- The snow gives Fuyuko a sense of unease. she doesn't remember why she likes it, but she doesn't question it.
- Fuyuko has learned not to question her memories, likes, dislikes, or the council. there are reasons for everything, and maybe she doesnt need to know.
Fuyuko does not remember ever meeting Yui before, but she felt strong hatred for the girl when they first met. Yui is mysterious yet sweet to Asteria, Yui is visibly a good person. Fuyuko doesnt know why she hates her, but she doesn't question it.
Fuyuko sees Higa as a trustworthy friend, an ally in all this, a teacher. someone who will help her, or tell her more about her best when the time is right. though she does doubt Higa is doing things for the good of everyone, she doesnt question it.
Fuyuko feels a sense of ease and warmth when she is around Asteria. the Pumpkin girl is never mad and is one of the most sweet people Fuyuko has met. Asteria has a light inside her, Fuyuko hopes it never goes out.
Fuyuko has much respect for the girl. Though Yokai is one of the sweetest and youngest council members, Fuyuko finds it hard to trust her. Yokai likes to make orders and missions into riddles and puzzles. She truly is like a little kid.
