Tuulin somehow ended up the leader of the bonds (demi-gods). Commander of the wind, they can fly freely through the air despite having no wings. Their special skill is teleportation, and anything they are holding or touching teleports with them (so it's best to do it while in the air).
Tuulin lives to make up for a foolish decision they made in the past. Ashamed, they don't talk about it. Nobody blames them for what they chose to do, they had to make a quick decision in a dangerous situation. In fact, most of their peers think that it was a completely reasonable answer to a very big problem. Nevertheless, Tuulin's empathy ensure they regret this decision, that put an aemu in lifelong danger.
Tuulin and Bokan have a long history. Although it seems Tuulin merely tolerates Bokan, there is definitely a friendship there. Balancing Bokan's chaos against what Tuulin thinks is correct is, to say the least, very tricky. They've had a fair share of laughs, but Tuulin can't help but be serious when things call for it.
