Emilio Monsado

This is an incredibly bad bad man. Drug man. He is the leader of the spanish mafia, operating and owning majority of Madrid. He is from a wealthy family, high ranking and prestigious, and after all, the mafia is an underground family business. He will be edited further later on, but he's definitely one to indulge others in carnal pleasures. He runs a drug cartel and human trafficking ring. Emilio is immortal, functionally, and does not age. He appears to be in his mid thirties. Unless you destroy his brain, he's going to heal from anything. He also runs the Monsado Pharmaceuticals, which is a very official and legitimate pharmaceutical company, it helps hundreds upon thousands of people each year. Emilio uses it as a cover really, and continues his drug experimentation and crafting to spread his reach globally.
