- I tend not to buy adopts from people who have restrictive tos it just overwhelms me when there’s 100 specific things I have to not do and not do  it’s like even tho I own the character I can’t do anything with them (this includes restrictive trade policy’s again when I feel so restricted by a character I tend not to use them in fear of violating said policy’s) so i try To keep up with policy changes but if I send a character back to u that’s prolly why
