ADOPT/CHARACTER TOS 2023 UPDATED
TRADING
1. Do not trade my designs to anyone currently in my blacklist. You can sell it for monetary values if extra art is added and if the price is reasonable compared to the added pieces. Punishment: Blacklisted from acquiring my designs
2. Do not trade characters with an equivalent of $0 BV for monetary value ($, DA points, etc). Punishment: Temporary Blacklist from acquiring my designs (if done multiple times the Blacklist may be permanent). This rule does not apply to character with art added (that is relevant to the CV).
3. Do not sell/profit monetarily from characters obtained by gifting/freebie, even if the character has monetary BV. You can sell it for monetary values if extra art is added and if the price is reasonable compared to the added pieces. Punishment: Temporary Blacklist (if done multiple times may be permanent)
4. I'm not responsible for people who trade this character for illicit objects/services/money/etc.
CHARACTER
1. You may redesign this character however you want AS LONG: it does not emphasizes polemic and illicit themes, such as racism/homophobia/religion, political or sport intolerance. DO NOT CLAIM THE DESIGN AS YOUR CREATION! I'm still the original designer for this character and I have the right to request the essential credits for it, you should claim the REDESIGN as yours. Punishment: Blacklist, or if necessary, legal actions.
2. Owners adding NSFW pieces to my designs is allowed if the said character is not feral or underage. DM me on discord if you see an owner drawing inappropriate content of underage/feral character.
GENERAL RULES
1. I'm not responsible for the actions of people going against anyone's or anything's TOS, my only task is to make sure said person/company gets the necessary punishment.
2. Anyone or anything going against the law of it's current country may be blacklisted.
BLACKLISTING: Not able to get my designs, my services, commission me or etc even with three way methods. In some cases, i do not wish to interact with said person, unless necessary.
