Born to Sunfurl and Pearfur alongside his brother Brightclaw, Shinestone was a resentful young cat, feeling his brother outshadowed him in all things. He found some joy in his mate, Pebbleskip, though it just wasn't meant to be. On a solo patrol, Shinestone picked a fight with a rogue that he couldn't win, and wound up in StarClan.
