Etherial Webs- Strong webs that are intangible and invisible to others at Tripwire's whim but can be snapped into existence to catch enemies by surprise
While webs are intangible, Tripwire can sense when others pass through them

Runs a motel on behalf of his ailing aunt, located next to a string of casinos rife with criminal activity
Plays the part of hero who does his best to stay out of the spotlight, willing to let smaller crimes go for a small fee. Every cent goes into his aunt's care and renovating her dream motel.
Only friend is a 911 operator who he's never actually met in person, they give him tips and help him collect evidence for ongoing crimes, although their sense of justice is far more strict than his, so he's always walking on eggshells with them.
