Ender Minerva, She/They, dragon, uses Mystic arcanum

Also known as ESP, she’s the head of the esp project (ender’s systematic projection) where she uses dragon materials to make advanced technology for the council to manage various documents ans such, it’s still in "prototype mode" and not yet available to the public but has been more than helpful for communication across the islands and has helped the council by having meetings from not just the meeting room (TBN). Low key is a hermit and spends time working on projects and with her own technology is able to be in her lab not even on the pavilion but on the mighty isle, kinda lonely but loves to help in her own weird way. Might have a little ai sidekick buddy idk
