ABOUT
Atra grew up on the oceanic planet of Manan with their foster father; Saltz, a massive Selcath with a heart of gold and owner of the well renowned Sirensong inn. Their charm and welcoming demeanor instantly made them a favourite for the inns inebriated customers and they quickly took up the role of Bartender. Atra showed great skill in mediating drunken arguements and maintaining peace within Sirensong's walls; a skill which would later be attributed to Atra's latent force sensitivity and Nautolan heritage. Atra's life took a turn when they took up a bartending job on the Endar Spire, a ship that came under attack by Darth Malak's henchman looking to capture the jedi - Bastilla Shan. Atra and their roommate Vata (a pessimistic Togruta biomedical engineer) managed to reach the escape pods with help from Carth Onasi (the pilot) and crash landed on Taris. Many events would transpire after this point but to summarize; Atra, Vata and Carth would locate Bastilla Shan as a prize in a swoop bike race. Taris would be reduced to rubble by Darth Malak’s flagship: The Leviathan after narrowly escaping via a stolen ship from the gang leader of the Black Vulkas. This would be the defining traumatic event that would shape the crew in their future exploits. Atra trained with Bastilla to better refine their force capabilities specializing in the Way of Balance while simultaneously struggling with the sudden amount of responsibility placed on their shoulders. Atra’s ingrained emotional vulnerability, something that Nautolans value in their relationships would come into conflict with the Jedi code’s rule of indifference creating an inner conflict within Atra: Do they stick to the beliefs of their culture, for-go them in order to become a better Jedi or find a happy medium?

PERSONALITY
Atra is best described as goofy, emotional and protective. They can sense other people's emotions using their head tendrils which has shaped the Nautolan culture around empathy. They always wear their emotions on their sleeve. Their silliness often gets them into antics and can often be misinterpreted as immaturity. Atra has changed a lot over the campaign, they have become much more reliable and sure of themself.
