A being who greatly mirrors both her Spark and her family's duty. Charms is obsessed with her own magical prowess, as well as the sworn oath thrust upon her. She feels there is no need for anything else, however, a boundless curiosity can lead her elsewhere... Especially into the presence of those who she will likely visit soon, in their dreams. She finds this inquisition cruel but uncontrollable, yet, never reflects this unto her companionship... Instead, she graces them with whatever their future reflects, in most cases being quite kind and in others vicious... She sees the dreams as the dragons' life and judges them from there.
She is wise in her own way, crafted primarily from her experiences in the dream and nightmare-scapes. Always one to watch before deciding, but once the decision is made, she rarely changes. Things tend to be "set in stone" for her, and she is stubbornly set in her ways - which could be considered dated.
The purple dragon is hard to access, literally and figuratively; she often hides herself away and is not one to express emotions in any capacity. Instead, if ever around others, she leans towards mind games and playful mischief to bring light into darkness.
All being said... does the old gal have some brooding malice?
Appearance
Charms appears in many forms, often when a dream calls for her to take on a unique visage. However, in the outer world, she is primarily found in one of two draconic appearances: a modified "imp" version for ease of travel and communication, or her larger, and slightly more intimidating true self.
In both cases, she is a slightly chubby, lavender-scaled creature covered in a soft fuzz more prevalent in her wings. Her underbelly is covered in smooth, cream-hued plates. Her head is topped with curly white hair embedded with a mass of varying iridescent horns. Smaller spikes trail down from her neck to the end of her tail. Many of her other attributes are rounded and soft, including her claws, heart-shaped tail-club, and her wings which are comically small in both forms. In a stark contrast, her eyes are brown.
As far as accessories go, she is never without her heart-charm necklace, gold in metal and wired with precious gems. And beneath her large, odd-shapen ears lie sparkly, insectoid wings, perhaps a gift from the faeries. They are a source of light in the darkness.
I. The Wardens
Charms was born in the floating isles among a very large family of dragons, one half from the Gloom Tenders, and the other from the Dream Weavers... An unlikely match to some, but one that goes hand in hand. Many of them took upon themselves the title of Warden, guarding an abstract concept such as Time, Fate, and Fortune. The burden of Destiny was placed upon Charms, and she was expected to carry out prophecies and ill portents throughout the dreams of chosen dragons... As well as deny nightmares and false omens. She regularly saw the victims of such visions when her Gloom Tender-halves carried out their burials.
In time, these brushes with death left her emotionally unavailable - but steeled all the same. Only her family and those among the Gloom Tenders could truly understand. Therefore, she scarcely left the Gloom homeworld, and only to visit the much more whimsical Dream Weavers. She withdrew herself into her work, losing any shot at friends beyond family - but cultivating her magic intensely.
II. The Clover Oath
A great many years into her long life, something new appeared - something other than her eternal duty. Inexplicably, she was drawn towards these interesting figures, if not to gain access into their minds. Even with how alluring the thought was, there was something else at play. Perhaps something deeper to be found amongst the many Worlds... And a chance for her to see it in the living plane.
Reluctantly, she reached out towards the Clover Oath Guild, taking them on as an allegiance. Keen on honing her magical talents, she gained the role of Guardian, and is actually quite excited!

A sweet-smelling mist-like breath, pink-purple in color. It deals no damage, but fills the room with near impenetrable, whimsical smoke that clouds one's vision. In some cases, can induce hallucinations and sleep; most effective when used alongside Charms' Dream Casting.
Telepathy"Spooky mind-speak," as Charms calls it, and her preferred method of vocalization. A manner of speech in which she can project her voice into another's head so long as they are open to it. Tends to sound off-putting and like an echo, the volume controlled by Charms herself; if quiet is needed, quiet will do. But if she wants to be rowdy... That is unfortunate for the one she's speaking to. Even so, a dragon can "will" a mental wall against her telepathy and block it out.
Dream CastingCharms' very own enhanced form of illusionary spells. Aside from creating differing visages for herself, she can also bend the imaginary mind of her target. Although most effective when in sleep, she can somewhat tamper with how a character perceives reality - akin to ingesting poisonous mushrooms or other hallucinogens. In particularly fatigued opponents, this can often lull them into slumber where she can fully delve into their head...
