a cloud-cuckoolander who loves flowers, he's well-versed in poisons and flower narcotics (he's a pacifist through and through so he'd never use this knowledge on someone). although he seems easy to get along with, he's allergic to conflict and comes off as a fair weather friend due to his unwillingness to stand up for others. in reality, he doesn't expect or desire for other babs to involve themselves in his business and thus doesn't feel like it's his obligation to reciprocate their meddling. despite his obfuscating stupidity he's very capable and finds mutually beneficial relationships without any frills or obligations to be the best kind.
