!It is highly prohibited to create or sell NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) & AI Artwork with My characters and Designs!

Disclaimers:

• By purchasing a design or commission/service, you agree to these terms and read the terms carefully. 
  Breaking any of these terms will lead to me blacklisting, blocking, and cutting communications with you unless stated otherwise.
• I am not responsible if You create illegal and/or Offensive artwork with My characters.

Character/Design terms:

• No one can revoke the character from you no matter what has happened.
  
  
• Once the character/design is yours, you can resell, retrade, and re-gift after you do a bio even if the bio is bland and/or no artwork is added.
• Redesigning the character is allowed.
• You are allowed to sell the character offsite but, give the correct credits
• You can private the character but please do not delete the character/design. If the design is deleted, please PM me or communicate in any way. If this does happen I will reupload the design and hand the character back to you

 Artwork Terms: 

• Disobeying any of these terms will result in being blocked for 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise
• Do not delete credits. (Deleting accidental dupes are alright but do not fully remove ones credit)
• Adding credits are completely okay but do not miscredit.
• Editing my artwork is not allowed without my permission.
• You are allowed to move the artwork to other tabs or sub-galleries but do not delete the artwork even if you redesign them. (This will result in me to perm blocking you.)
• Hiding my artwork is okay but please tell me otherwise I will think you deleted it.
• You cannot claim my artwork as your own making. 
• You may watermark the image without my permission.
• You are allowed to upload artwork offsite but give credits.
