HAUNTEDPUPPY DESIGN TOS
by owning a hauntedpuppy design, you agree to these rules.
any rule below with a ^{1, 2, 3, 4} correlates to the rules in IMPORTANT.

you may:
- regift my design if previously gifted.
- resell/gift³/trade my design if previously bought.
- trade/gift³/resell² my design if previously traded for.

you may not:
- sell OR trade an originally gifted/free design. ⁴ 
- sell my design for more than its worth.

IMPORTANT:

- I must be able to view my designs. please auth me or make a key so i can access the character.
- co owning is ok, but ask me before you do it.¹
- if you want to sell a design you traded for, it is only worth costs of art/animation/etc.²
- when gifting my design you had bought/traded for, all costs of art/animation/etc. are removed from the value. the design reverts back to 0.³
- when one of my designs was free/gifted and you would like to sell, the design itself has no base value. the only value it has is art/animation/etc.⁴
