Mustard

Mustard is a Sky Shaymin and a semi-regular patron of the Shaymin Café. He works for the postal service in Jiemi City and regularly delivers mail to the café. Mustard likes to stop in during his lunch hour for a quite bite to each and short chat with the café staff. He is good friends with Pumpkin in particular. He is also a special breed of Sky Shaymin that allows him to stay in Sky Forme during all hours of the day, but results in him being hypersensitive to the cold.
