Both work for Oliver, but rarely work together. They have kind of love/hate relationship, because Lars is a dick, but they have similar sexual preferences, so they still have hate sex occasionally. Lars gets off on Chase's brutality, and sometimes eggs her on just to start a fight. In general, he doesn't have anything against her, and she knows that.
