He was supposed to have been disposed of in the Reach, but managed to escape during a Primalist attack and disguise himself within another crech during the chaos of losing the Oathbinder and was falsely sealed away to awaken in modern day. Ended up joining Sarkareth only because he wanted the Oathbinder's power for himself.
