Can turn into a humanoid version of its dragon form (dragonborn from DND for reference)

is in love with the knight that slayed him

his human form keeps the horn and long flowy hair and tail,

Ispahan is a guardian of the desert and ancient ruins. When he’s awake, he looms over the earth and protects the environment, along with sacred artifacts. He is aged and frail now, patiently awaiting a new Dragonborn to tend to his duties and his people, as he fears he’s no longer able to.
