Felipe is a freespirited faerie that lives in the forest, he loves zipping over the water with his dragonfly-like wings. Felipe can use magic to alter his size, ranging from his regular faerie form (head the size of a strawberry, for reference) to an average 'human' size with his wings tucked away (they appear as tattoos on his back in this form). Though he much prefers being small, it expends much more energy to get around on two feet rather than fly around, light as a feather. His 'official' job is to keep the ponds and puddles nice and clean for the woodland creatures. More recently though he's taken to making a home in a big tree overlooking a pond in Prince Levi's estate. He didn't necessarily ask for permission but its not like he's taking up much space, he's just a lil guy come onn.
