Riki is a little dog with big dreams. Living in a cyberpunk city where illegal car races have become a major source of tourism, Riki grew up wishing for nothing more than to be the champion of one of the famous races. Now that he's turned 18, the steering wheel no longer exists merely upon the toy model cars and plastic trophies in his bedroom - but now, under the pads of his very own paws. Determined to win the next big race, Riki has taken up the racer alias "Burnout," and is undergoing vigorous tests and training against and with his fellow upcoming racers in hopes of making his dreams a reality. He may be biting off more than he can chew, but this pup's got the determination and spirit that might just get him that first place podium!
