The one and only god of stars (though for some reason that doesn't seem to include the sun lol). Isaac guides meteors throughout the galaxy as well as manage the birth and death of stars
Out of the three major celestial gods, Isaac seems to be the strongest despite, well, a lot of things. To keep things short, Isaac is strange, He seems to have a lot of mystery surrounding them, not because they're closed off, he's just... weird

Personality & Design
He often just makes flute sounds instead of talking just because he feels like it. They're almost always covered entirely by their cloak and rarely ever show or use their hands. It's not that they're the Cold and Mysterious type, they're just sort of random and indecipherable.
They speak in a monotone yet chill way. They seem to have little to no regard for their tone and just expect people to understand, and almost all the time it works
Isaac at times acts somewhat narcissistic and/or act like they have some sort of authority over their close friends (but that's literally just their way of getting their attention, nothing else).
they also seem to have a habit of responding to random things said to them literal weeks to months ago.

The pink "streaks" in Isaacs hair is how shadows would appear on his hair (so shade his hair with a bright pink!)
The stars on their hat moves, they dont have any fixed positions!
he has only oe earringm and it leaves a trail of stardust when Isaac moves quickly
like Isaac's earring, he has a trail under his coat that only appears when he moves quickly
it's extremely rare for Isaac to show the rest of his body, he'd almost always be hiding under his coat unless he has to do something that requires his hands (like handle stars)
His eyes never show
when drawing his arms and legs, the fishnets he has on are irridescent so they would have sparkly highlights
Isaac's hair reaches to the floor and wraps around him (like a cone/wings in sky: cotl)
