Xander’s mom was a surrogate mother but wanted to keep Xander so she ran away while pregnant. In middle school, Xander’s mom adopted Marshall, who was just entering elementary school then Their mom died when Xander was in High school(10th) and I think Marshall was still in elementary
Xander and Marshall ran away and were later adopted by a police chief
Xander has the ability to open portals to places he has visited or has seen images of. He also has the ability to wither things but since both abilities clash with each other, the withering ability has slowly begun to wither his skin and parts of his body. Later on, he learns how to control both abilities, but the withered areas remain pitch black and do not affect anyone touching his skin.
Dated Parker when they were in high school together but he 'broke up' without telling Parker when his mother died and when his biological father searched for him
