Sárkan

Brume's cemetery owner, seems to had settled in since the early days of the Everlasting Winter.

Sárkan keeps the profiles of people who've spent their life living in the city. he holds full information of a deceased person: who they were, when they were born, their family lines, places they've travelled to, their criminal records... basically everything. he's also responsible for maintaining the place and especially making sure the dead don't come back after burial rite, which frequently happens when the deceased's relatives refuse to have their loved one moved into the cemetery.

in general Sárkan prefers working with the dead than the living. despite being polite when needed, he keeps quiet most of the time and to some accounts, emotionally cold - to the point his friendliest smiles with best intentions don't feel welcoming at all.
