Percy is a trans guy with high energy with an extroverted personality, often having a plethora of second chances. He is highly empathic and doesn't like seeing others in bad moods

     Anne: The two know each other since middle school, with Anne having helped Percy with his identity and self esteem, he cares about her deeply

     Eugene: Percy is eternally grateful to be in Eugene's friend group, having been invited to live in his home when he was unjustifiably kicked out of his own home for his identity. He helps liven up the place since both Eugene and Invel are not very energetic
