Profile

Princess les Lavandes
       de Royaume en Fleurs

Second youngest sister of 7 siblings, with 4 older sisters, an older brother, and one younger brother, she is a princess-- although given her status in birth order and gender, officially last in line to assume the throne in their kingdom. Because of this, she had many of the benefits of royal lineage, including top-notch education, maidservants for everything imaginable, training in proper etiquette on some days, and swordsmanship training on others. However, she lacked the sense of responsibility and pressure placed upon her eldest sister and brother-- crown princess and second in line to assume the throne, respectively-- as well as a decent amount of love and attention from her parents and her people as afforded to her older and more notable siblings.

Eventually, Celica became determined to do something great someday-- something that would earn her the love and respect of her kingdom for ages to come, perhaps even a statue among the royal gardens she so revered as a child, for onlookers to pay respects to long after she was gone. Now, she wanders the lands outside her home kingdom, adventuring and fighting monsters, all the while keeping detailed diaries of her adventures to share one day with the public, unlike any royal has ever divulged their personal life, in hopes that it will create a tale to be told for generations to come.

trivia

  • Lives under the alias "Celice Chai" (suh-LEES hai) while traveling-- but to her occasional frustration-- is oft recognized regardless, because of her home kingdom's centuries-old establishment, and status as a popular tourist destination-- where she and her siblings are often mentioned to visitors.
  • the kingdom, Royaume en Fleurs, was not originally called such. It developed the name as a sobriquet as flowers and vines began to creep across and cover every cobblestone-lined street of the old european-style kingdom, until the springs became so bountiful with blooms that it began drawing outsiders from neighboring kingdoms for viewing festivals-- and now, eventually, from all across the land, year-round.
