as they grew up they became infamous in their circles for how ruthlessly they carried out their jobs

eventually they became disillusioned having lost people they cared about some way or another, and took a hit that was widely considered to be a
suicide mission as their way out of the House, only to be saved by strangers (dnd moment c:)
